Human trials of a possible coronavirus vaccine will be tested on humans this Thursday
The vaccine created at the University of Oxford if successful, will be available to millions this coming autumn.
Speaking today at his daily COVID-19 briefing, the United Kingdom health secretary said that the government would be "throwing everything" they had to hasten the vaccine trials.
The Oxford team has so far received an extra 20 million-pound sterling to help fund the upcoming clinical trials plus another 22.5 million pound for ongoing development necessities at the Imperial College London
Good news indeed, so let's thank and congratulate the different teams who, if all goes well will literally save the world
